Sadly, many people suffer in silence when faced with emotional problems in their lives or relationships. In many of these cases, the problem faced can be treated in just a few sessions of counseling.

Sitting with a professional trained counselor, who is empathic, nonjudgmental, and caring can be the beginning of the process of healing and change. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling for a range of issues and my sessions are forty-five to fifty minutes long. In my approach, I first offer coping strategies to help clients reduce symptoms and feel better quickly. Then, I assist people in identifying destructive patterns they might be repeating, helping them to change to newer, healthier habits, and roles in relationships. In my work, I integrate spirituality with the insights of behavioral sciences in order to provide care that is holistic. I have specialized training in addiction counseling, couples therapy, and men’s issues.
